SELF EMPLOYED PERSON GETS $150,000.00

I am so happy I hired the Walch law office to handle my injury claim and give it my very highest recommendation. I was injured in an auto collision, missed some time from work due to my injuries and then the other party’s insurance company wrongfully delayed paying my claim because it said I only sustained what is called "soft tissue injuries" and I was self employed without clear records to prove the time or income I lost from work.

When the other party’s insurance company refused to pay, my attorneys at the Walch law office filed suit against the other party and then worked very hard with me to review whatever records I could locate, organized them in a convincing manner, and made such a strong case for me that the insurance company settled my claim before trial for $150,000.00.

Due to fact that I was self employed and the difficult nature of my loss of income claim, two attorneys at the firm worked closely with me, advised me what to do and I am so glad I did what they advised as I was thrilled with the great result. They did a great job on research and investigation, and the entire office was fantastic. I know some other attorneys are too busy to return calls or speak with clients, but my attorneys always spoke with me. If they ever could not speak to me when I called, one of the attorneys always called me right back. They also met with me whenever needed and just did a wonderful job.

OTHERS REFUSED TO HELP...

I tried to find a doctor and attorney to handle my auto accident case, but two of them, after listening to me explain what happened, told me they could not help me. I was very disappointed.
